Videoconsult met de huisarts
Voor het inplannen van een videoconsult bij een van onze huisartsen kunt u telefonisch contact opnemen met de praktijk. U krijgt dan een gediplomeerde assistente aan de telefoon die u wat vragen stelt over de reden van de afspraak.
Het videoconsult vindt plaats via therapieland en is volledig AVG (privacy)-proof. U hoeft geen account aan te maken. U heeft een computer, tablet of telefoon nodig met werkende camera en microfoon. U krijgt via een e-mail een link toegestuurd door de huisarts.
Bij een video consult is het net als bij een regulier consult belangrijk dat u op tijd “aanwezig” bent. U kunt het gesprek al in, ook wanneer uw arts nog niet beschikbaar in. Hier kunt wachten, net zoals in de wachtkamer op de praktijk, tot uw arts het gesprek in komt. Wij proberen altijd op de afgesproken tijd het gesprek in te komen, toch kan het voorkomen dat u even moet wachten.
Op de computer of laptop gaat het videobellen via de browser (het internet). Het videobellen werkt het beste met de browser Google Chrome. U klikt op de link en het gesprek kan beginnen.
Voor videobellen via de smartphone of tablet is het nodig om de Blikbel App te downloaden. Als de Blikbel App op uw telefoon staat, kunt u op het afgesproken tijdstip de link in uw e-mail openen. Het videogesprek opent dan automatisch in de Blikbel App.

Video consultation with your general practitioner
To schedule a video consultation with one of the g.p.’s you can call the practice. One of our assistants will speak to you and will ask you some additional questions.
The video consultation will take place through a platform called “Therapieland’’. This platform is approved by the Dutch privacy law. You don’t need to make an account, all you need is a computer, tablet or smartphone with a working camera and microphone. The general practitioner will send you a link by email on the agreed time.
On your computer or laptop the video consultation will go through your browser (the internet). The browser ‘Google Chrome’ is the most suitable browser. You click on the link in the received e-mail and the consultation will start.
If you want to use your smartphone or tablet it is necessary to download the Blikbel App first. If you have downloaded the app, you can click on the link in the received email. The video consultation will start automatically in the Blikbel app.
