Helaas krijgen wij als praktijk steeds vaker te maken met agressie; aan de telefoon, aan de balie, in de spreekkamer en online.
Als iets niet goed gegaan is of u voelt zich niet begrepen dan is schelden of het uitspreken van dreigementen een onacceptabele manier voor het uiten van frustratie naar onze medewerkers.
Mocht u iets willen bespreken waar u ontevreden over bent kunt u een afspraak met uw huisarts maken of ons feedbackformulier invullen, te vinden op onze website onder het kopje contact, feedback. Iedere feedback krijgt onze volle aandacht en wordt serieus genomen. Samen met u zoeken we naar een werkbare oplossing.
Wij van Huisartsenpraktijk UvA stellen het op prijs dat respectvolle omgangsvormen in acht worden genomen.
Respectful behaviour at our practice
Unfortunately, as a practice we are increasingly confronted with aggression towards employees, on the telephone, at the reception, through emails and physically in the consultation rooms.
If there is an issue that you wish to discuss, please do not hesitate to make an appointment with one of our doctors. Another way to address the issue is by submitting the feedback form on our website. Please select the ‘contact’ button on our homepage and select the feedback option. Every issue will be carefully evaluated and considered. It is our responsibility to get in touch with you to find a suitable solution together.
We strongly condemn verbal aggression, threats, and intimidation as tools to express unsatisfaction and frustration towards our employees.
We kindly ask from all our patients to treat our employees with respect, as you can expect the same from us.
