Waarom via SMS?
Met een sms ontvangt u uw uitnodiging snel en makkelijk op uw telefoon. In de sms staat een link naar uw persoonlijke uitnodiging. Deze link is veilig en afkomstig van onze praktijk.

Hoe herkent u deze SMS?
U kunt onze SMS herkennen aan de volgende punten:

• De SMS is afkomstig van onze praktijk
• De naam van onze praktijk staat in het bericht
• De link in het bericht begint met https://mijn-vaccinatie.nl/
• U ontvangt de SMS binnen enkele dagen na ontvangst van deze e-mail

Wat gebeurt er als ik op de link klik?
Via de link kunt u uw persoonlijke uitnodiging bekijken. Daar kunt u:

• uw uitnodiging bekijken
• uw afspraak bevestigen of wijzigen
• meer informatie lezen

Op https://mijn-vaccinatie.nl vindt u meer informatie over deze nieuwe manier van uitnodigen.

Controleer uw mobiele telefoonnummer
Weet u niet zeker of wij uw juiste mobiele nummer hebben? Controleer dit dan even bij de assistente.

Heeft u geen mobiel nummer?
Dat is geen enkel probleem. Dan ontvangt u gewoon een brief van ons.

Tot slot
Op dit moment hoeft u niets te doen. U ontvangt vanzelf bericht wanneer wij de uitnodigingen gaan versturen.

Our practice will once again be organising flu and pneumococcal vaccinations this year.

🇳🇱Tijdens de intreeweken konden jullie bij onze huisartsenpraktijk meedoen aan een leuke prijsvraag: hoeveel pillen zaten er in de pot?

Er werd volop geteld, gegokt en gerekend… en het juiste antwoord was:

1.528 pillen!

We hebben inmiddels de winnaars van de prijsvraag geselecteerd. Zij ontvangen van ons persoonlijk bericht en kunnen hun EHBO-doos bij onze huisartsenpraktijk komen ophalen.

🇬🇧 During the introduction weeks, we invited you to take part in a fun competition at our GP practice: how many pills were in the jar?

There were plenty of guesses, calculations and perhaps a little bit of luck… and the correct answer was:

1,528 pills!

We have now selected the winners of the competition. They will receive a personal email from us and can come by our GP practice to collect their first aid kit.

🇳🇱 Het warme weer is een uitdaging voor iedereen. Vooral ouderen, jonge kinderen en mensen met een chronische ziekte hebben kans op klachten door de hitte. Deze pagina heeft een goed overzicht van algemene tips, waar je op moet letten en wat je kunt doen bij oververhitting.

Mensen die dagelijks medicatie gebruiken moeten extra goed opletten dat ze niet uitdrogen op hele warme dagen. Zorg ervoor dat je genoeg drinkt, zeker 2 liter water per dag.

Gebruik je plaspillen zoals furosemide, bumetanide of hydrochloorthiazide? Op hele warme dagen mag je deze stoppen. Andere medicijnen tegen hoge bloeddruk, zoals lisinopril, metoprolol en amlodipine, mag je tijdens hele warme dagen halveren. 

Gebruik je medicijnen tegen suikerziekte? Sommige van deze medicijnen mag je tijdens hele warme dagen helemaal stoppen. Dat zijn bijvoorbeeld dapagliflozine, empagliflozine, glimepiride, tolbutamide en metformine. Insuline mag je wel doorgebruiken, behalve als je door het warme weer bijna niets eet. Dan kun je wat minder insuline spuiten. Gliclazide kun je gewoon innemen.

De pijnstillers diclofenac, ibuprofen en naproxen zijn gevaarlijk tijdens hele warme dagen. Die kun je het beste niet innemen. Paracetamol is wel veilig.

Heb je vragen over je medicatie en de hitte? Die kun je stellen aan ons of aan je apotheek.

🇬🇧 Hot weather can be challenging for everyone. Older adults, young children, and people with a chronic medical condition are especially at risk of developing heat-related health problems. This page provides a helpful overview of general advice, what to look out for, and what to do if someone becomes overheated.

If you take medication every day, it is especially important to avoid dehydration during very hot weather. Make sure you drink enough fluids—at least 2 litres of water per day.

Do you take diuretics (water tablets) such as furosemide, bumetanide, or hydrochlorothiazide? During very hot days, you may stop taking these medications temporarily. If you take other medicines for high blood pressure, such as lisinopril, metoprolol, or amlodipine, you may reduce your dose by half during periods of extreme heat.

Do you take medication for diabetes? Some diabetes medicines should be stopped temporarily during very hot weather. These include dapagliflozin, empagliflozin, glimepiride, tolbutamide, and metformin. You should continue using insulin, unless you are eating very little because of the heat. In that case, you may need to reduce your insulin dose. Gliclazide can be continued as usual.

The painkillers diclofenac, ibuprofen, and naproxen are not recommended during very hot weather and are best avoided. Paracetamol is safe to use.

Vanaf nu kunt u de herhaalreceptenlijn niet meer bellen, omdat die niet goed werkte. We hebben het nu makkelijker gemaakt:

• Praat eerst met de dokter of POH-S: U krijgt uw medicijnen voortaan voor een half jaar of een heel jaar na een afspraak met de huisarts of de praktijkondersteuner.
• Bij de apotheek: U hoeft niet steeds opnieuw te bellen. U kunt uw medicijnen gewoon elke 3 maanden ophalen bij de apotheek.

We have discontinued our automated prescription line to improve our service. To make things easier for you, we have introduced a new, streamlined process:

• Consultation first: After a consultation with your GP or practice nurse (POH-S), your medication will be authorized for a period of six to twelve months.
• Directly at the pharmacy: There is no need to call us for every refill. You can simply collect your medication from the pharmacy every three months.

🇳🇱Vanaf 5 januari zullen de huisartsen van onze praktijk in de ochtend telefonisch bereikbaar zijn. Welke huisarts beschikbaar is, hangt af van de dag en van het weekschema (even of oneven weken).

Wij verzoeken u in de ochtend te bellen.
U kunt dan de naam van uw voorkeursarts inspreken. Wij proberen, waar mogelijk, ervoor te zorgen dat deze arts u terugbelt.

Ook wanneer u de uitslag van een onderzoek wilt bespreken, vragen wij u om in de ochtend contact op te nemen. In veel gevallen kan de uitslag dan direct met de huisarts worden besproken.

🇬🇧From 5 January, the GPs at our practice will be available by telephone in the morning. Which GP is available depends on the day and on the weekly schedule (even or odd weeks).

We kindly ask you to call in the morning.
You may leave the name of your preferred GP, and we will do our best to have this doctor return your call.

If you wish to discuss the results of a medical test, we also ask that you call in the morning, so the results can often be discussed directly with the GP.

Volgens de geldende richtlijnen van Soa Aids Nederland wordt het medisch controle- en testmoment voor PrEP-gebruikers aangepast.
Voortaan vindt de controle en soa-test twee keer per jaar plaats, in plaats van vier keer per jaar.

Wanneer u contact opneemt voor een nieuwe test of een herhaalrecept voor PrEP, vragen wij u een telefonische afspraak te maken. Tijdens dit gesprek krijgt u verdere toelichting en wordt samen met u bekeken wat nodig is.

In accordance with the current guidelines of Soa Aids Nederland, the medical follow-up and testing schedule for PrEP users has been updated.
From now on, check-ups and STI testing will take place twice a year instead of four times a year.

If you contact the practice for a new test or a repeat prescription for PrEP, we kindly ask you to schedule a telephone consultation. During this call, further information will be provided and next steps will be discussed.

Heb je een afspraak bij de POH-GGZ, maar ben je ziek en/of heb je besmettelijke klachten zoals verkoudheid, hoesten of keelpijn? Wij vragen jou vriendelijk om in dat geval de afspraak te verzetten naar een ander moment, of te kiezen voor een online (video)consult.

Zo kunnen wij op een verantwoorde manier zorg blijven bieden aan al onze patiënten.  Neem telefonisch contact op met de praktijk of geef via e-mail door als je de afspraak online wilt laten doorgaan.
